It sounds a lot of money for the course

Well, what you get in return will more than make up for it, to be honest this information is worth 10 times the founders amount price of approximately £3’000, there so much more to benefit from knowing this information than not, like stated, it will not just ‘change your business but your life’, that’s a bold statement to make and one I wouldn’t make, if I didn’t believe it to be 100% true

Is this legal, legit and above board

Of course it is, I couldn’t and wouldn’t be putting it out there if it wasn’t. What’s mad, is that the building industry is awash with construction businesses playing games, cheating the system, not declaring this and that, playing ignorant, always to trying rob Peter to pay Paul, the ConstructionSmart system is 100% legit and legal and above board, your just working smart not hard and understanding how by doing a few simple things it allows you to be straight and up front and reap all the benefits on offer

How can it be even possible to make 10 to 30 thousand extra a year, every year and not having to do any more physical work

Firstly, the amount you would earn extra will be based on your gross turnover, example if you were doing £300’000 gross turnover and were working on making a 30% profit you would make approximately £36’000 extra without having to do any more physical work, to make the minimum £10’000 you would need to be grossing a minimum of £165’000 gross turnover at a 30% profit would make you approximately £10’000.00. If your profits are lower, as an example 20%,, based on the same gross turnover £300’000 you still make approximately £24’000. Obviously, if your gross turnover goes up on the lower profit rate you earn more. Unless you have the ConstructionSmart information from the course, it’s almost impossible to answer this question in full but it is a real and there waiting to be taken advantage of. What would you do with that extra money ? This extra money is taxable but all profit is, but still, what you retain, considering, you have done no more physical work to earn it,  well that’s called working smart not hard

Sounds like I’m going to have to be disciplined to make this work

It’s real easy to do and put into practice, I’ve done all the hard work, smooth as a babies now and easy for anyone getting in, if you can be disciplined it will help for sure, just means you’ll be up and running faster, but really you don’t need discipline, just a little time to set things up different, and I mean little time, like a few weeks and you’ll have everything in line, if you don’t mess about you can get through the whole course in a couple of nights, think of the benefits you’re going to gain. With any business you got a lot things you’re doing taking away your time, profit, creating stress situations on this, that and the other, the ConstructionSmart system eliminates them all them in the domestic market

I struggled with cash flow since day one of setting my business up and you’re saying you’ll eliminate it 100%, give me a break

Your prayers will be answered in more ways than one, when you understand how this is done and it’s really simple to do, which will make it even more frustrating for you when reading this answer but there is a way to do this and it does eliminate your cash flow problems 100%, no more trade accounts, overdraft or credit needed or to rely on etc

How long will it take me to get this up and running, there’s seems an awful a lot to get through

To be honest it’s going to depend on the individual, however, you can watch and listen to the whole thing in 7 and half hours and that’s including the bonuses, so take them away and you’ll have it done before you know it. I’ll guarantee with most people they will realise almost straight what needs to be done to make the system work for their business. it will take an amount of time to adjust things to suit your business but nothing that will take anything major. Depending on your current set up you could be up and running within a week, it will all be down to how serious you are about wanting to activate the new way, either way, the one thing you’ll know is that however long it takes it’s going to be worth it because of the benefits it will bring when you get going, so most will be sorted very quickly, it’s not hard to implement, operate, execute and you don’t have to be academic, just able to listen, read, write a little and add up on a calculator   

Why should I trust you

Well, I’m no different to you, in that I have my own construction business, which has been running for 34 years October 2024. I’m a member of the FMB and also an Associate member, checked and vetted, they don’t just let anyone in. In that time, I’ve won Federation of Master Builders, ‘Builder of the Year’ 3 times in a 10 year period, also runner up in the same period, spoke and advised at the Ideal Home Show, wrote a few articles in national publications. My main work has always been domestic and I have done every type of building works you probably can imagine, including lofts, extensions, refurbs, garage and basement conversions, landscaping, design and plan drawing. You say “you can’t find this system anywhere else”, with the likes of YouTube and Google and the internet in general, it must be out there

What I put together is very unique and you will not understand that you can’t get it anywhere else until you purchase the ConstructionSmart system. Within know time whatsoever you will realise why and the penny will drop, and how very different and unique it is to anything else out there. The biggest problem with our industry in general is, it numbs you and makes you believe that there’s not a better way, businesses follow what they learn from others, be it from fellow builders, trades, the inland revenue, accountants, merchants, even the internet now in a massive way and they so busy being busy, that they never take time out to look up and see if there might be a better way. Well, I’m hear to tell you there is, seeing is believing, I know from people who have got on board and in a very short time their reactions are, wow this shit is for real, they know it’s different and can now see why, the fact it’s legit and above board means you can sleep in your bed at night as well, an added bonus, as most are to busy playing games and literally playing with fire  

Is there anyone else other than you who can recommend the course

Obviously, the system is in its first ‘founder offer’ member stage, but in saying that, my own accountancy firm has recommended it to other builder and trade clients, as they can see the benefits they would get doing it my way instead of the traditional way, of which a few have took it up, there’s no telling some people, such is life. I’m old school and struggle with all this tech stuff

There’s really nothing to it, you don’t have to be clever or academic to operate this system, the most important thing is you understand how you are achieving the benefits and these are very well explained and gone over and you can watch and listen as many times as you like, when you like, I’ll guarantee the penny will drop very quickly

You are saying you can get the client to pay the money owed when and how you want it, I have always struggled with this side of the business and tried a few different ways and still always end up struggling to get paid

When I  show you and understand how this is done, you might initially think, give over, that couldn’t possibly work, a bit like one of the members, who once in the course asked the same question, so I asked him ‘have you tried it’, to which he answered ‘no’, I said, ‘well giving what I told you, just go with it and see what happens’, he did, and came back a few weeks later saying, ‘I can’t believe it’, I said, ‘what’, he said, ‘it’s working, the money is coming how and when I want it, unbelievable, really unbelievable, game changer, like you said it works’
